Les schwab Vs. me

as many of you know already, ive been fighting les schwab about problems with my truck. you can head the story here. anyways, i got them to replace the front rotors, new pads, and spin the rear drums along with new pads. as far as the fender goes, we havnt settled on an agreement. but they have been willing to work with me. overall, im fairly happy with what they have done so far. they rebuilt the rear brakes just because of the fact that this whole accident ever happened. and yes when i got home i broke out the impact wrench and gave them a second tightening.
im glad that this is being taken care of. also, thanks for the advice guys. Ken

I bet they did the rears just to keep from buying you a fender and paint.
Just a guess mind you.
They DO owe you a new GM fender and a paint job.
Don't let em' weasel out of it.
I have been on too many jurys to believe he tried to sell you that bag of garbage............."Not our fault cause it still has three good lugs on it"
This guy must be new to the legal system or something.
You could have slapped his a's with a $300,000 suit and probably won (at least half that).

That reminds me............they owe you a new inner fender too.
Get 'em............."highschool kid" or not.
Who or what you are has no bearing on the liability they now face as a result of THEIR actions.

I just bought a 84 ranger used in about 1989. It was a freshly painted rebiulder that I bought ( it looked good but what was i thinking). anyway it needed tires . I pulled into les schwab told them to put 4 new tires on. I go inside while they proceded to lift the truck up on a rack. I look out and notice that when they lifted the truck up they bent the rocker panels on both sides of the truck.I proceded to go out and point it out to the employee.the manger came out and saw the damage and admitted the mistake and they paid for the damages .they really were very nice about it and gave me no hassles. Another thing with less schab when they rotate your tires dont let them thighten them with a impact. Insist on hand torque with a torque wrench. they will warp your rotors big time.
