Who has replacement seals for '58 3 speed manual? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Having engine rebuilt and I thought now would be a good time to freshen up the old 3 speed tranny. Looks like both sides are leaking so I need new seals I guess. Who sells the parts for this transmission? What oil should I refill it with? Any info would really help, I have never worked on a manual tranny before.

Rockauto.com has the seal and cover gasket. If your looking for something local then try Mack's transmission in Houston.
