My New Truck...Rear Main Seal?

So, about two months ago, I picked up a 1972 c10 Cheyenne 350 V8 5.7 TH350. This is my first truck and I am learning a lot.

Here's the thing, the bottom back of the engine and the tranny pan, has a good amount of black wet oil on it. I find about a few drips a day hit the ground. What am I looking at to fix it?
