Is this for the exhaust

I have seen a few trucks with this and assumed it was for venting the exhaust out of the side. Am I correct? Im also assuming it didn't come from factory this way?

The are actually steps that that can be installed in the sheet metal of a rig. But they make EZPZ exhaust dumps.

lol ok thanks, never thought about them being steps. Was that done by factory or just aftermarket?

Thanks! Falfa's '55 was the beginning of my crush on cars. Especially tri 5 Chevy's when I was younger.

Would love to have either one of those rigs.
