Update: Got the culvert pipes in the ground and inspected. Also, picked-up my permit for my garage. Going to cover the culvert pipes with the soil removed for the slab.

looks like a 36" TSL, Maybe the 12.5's on a 16.5" rim

Ron, The tires are 33-12.5/15 super swamper TSLs on 15"x10" rims. They are bias ply and hard to balance. There's a lot of balance weight on them. But they are load range "D".
Hooter, I got a bed liner so I don't mind using it.

Brian, I sure am, if you'll look you'll also notice the front parking light on that side is also below the bumper while the other side is about 1/2" above. The rad core at the mount is rust away from a bad battery. I removed the bezel because it was squeaking, the lamp mount is bent. Never fear though I have a replacement core support ready to go in after I build my garage!
