Changing the end seal on PS box. How hard?

Do you have to take the power steering box completely off to change this seal. Can you just unbolt the steering shaft and slide it back and gain access to it that way. What all is involved in changing that seal.

Yes you can change it in truck. You're just gonna be under the fender well hunched over the suspension working in an awkward position.

Buy a kit and do the whole box at one time, Here is a great link for you , with Pics.
