4 speed swap

this is the best site ever! has anyone here put a stock 4 speed in an automatic truck? how difficult was it and are there any forums showing how it was done. thanks alot for the input.

it can be done but lots of work.you would be best off with a donner vehicle. you will need to chancge cross members drive shafts add cluch peddel and linkage and probably change to high hump cab floor mabe more this is just off top of my head i'm gonna use a 4 speed overdrive with a hydralic cluch from a early 80s truck in my 67 these will work with auto crossmember and low hump i belive i haven't dug in to it yet
