Exhaust routing on lowered trucks

Where do you get the muffler guy to route the exhaust tubing on a 4/5" dropped LWB?

What header is the best? I am thinking a Shorty to keep it tucked up. I would like to have it protected.

What are your thoughts on where it exits, I would like it to exit Rear corners, but I think I will get it to exit before the wheels. Because of the bends it will have to take from the axle being so close to the bed. Comments.
