1970 2wd terrible ride quality
I have converted a 70 4wd to a 2wd using a truck frame with trailing arms and 5 in drop coil springs I used the same shocks that I have always used on trucks with the same drop but they bottomed out so I ordered 5.5 in drop shocks now it seems as though it has no schoks just goes bouncing along. What shocks is everyone using

Re: 1970 2wd terrible ride quality
I’m using kyb part #344055. Mine is bagged but ride height is probably equal to about a 5” drop. They don’t bottom out and ride quality is good to great.

Did you add the shock relocators and adjustable panhard bar?
Trim the bump stops or remove them?

Re: 1970 2wd terrible ride quality
I did relocate the shock brackets and c notched the frame installed adjustable panhard and extended it to the trailing arm mounting bracket this is what I do to all the trucks I have done and have had great results just not on the blazer
