What's the "H" for in my VIN

On my 1964 C20 Truck I've got an "H" where I believe the assembly plant code should be. I can't find an "H" that signifies a build plant.

H is for Fremont Ca.
factorystock has a good write up about the change in 63 from Oakland to Fremont.
Do a search on this site for the info.
