Stock/Factory '72 K20 Leaf Springs
Does anyone have any pics of what stock front and rear '72 K20 leaf springs look like? My truck has had lift on it ever since I've had, and I'm looking to return to the original springs. So, I need to know what to look for to get it back to original.
Thanks! |

I know this is a super old thread but I saw the pic of your K20 with the canoes on top and LOVE your lift and tire combo. What lift are your running and what size tire?
to answer your question stock springs for K20 are negative arch two leaf while the HD are also negative arch but have three leaves in the pack |

Re: Stock/Factory '72 K20 Leaf Springs
Thanks
The tires are 235/85 16. I put stock leafs in the front from SD Spring, so new springs helped. Plus, it's got a Dana 60 up front, so that gives it about an inch of lift. |

I got the three leaf set and they sit almost flat when installed opposed to the negative arch you see on stock GM front springs. I can't remember exactly how much I paid, but here's a link:
