67 Seatbelts

I came across a 67 in a salvage yard with not much left to pick over and noticed the seatbelts. A lifting tab, aircraft style buckle? These look pretty cool. Tab was a kind of rough? peuter color with a bowtie in the center. Looked like they were in great condition along with the belts minus one (badly frayed). I have never seen this style before. Are these stock for the year? And should I go back and pick them up? One more.....can they be restored with new belts? Just wondering.....they'd look great in almost any great Chevy.
