Will Big corvette wheels fit?

I need a set of wheels for my C10. I converted to 5 lug all around and was wondering if 2000 vette wheels will fit. I understand that I will need adapters, and possibly mini-tubs out back. Here are the dimensions of the rims.
Front:
17x8.5 5x4.75 bolt circle Offset +56
Rear
18x9.5 5x4.75 bolt cirlce Offset +65

I can get a good deal on these, or should I wait to save money for "real" truck wheels. Please keep in mind the truck is currently on jack stands and I have no wheels.
Thanks!!!

You'd have to tub your frame or have 3 inch adapters. They look nice on Vettes. I'd keep looking.

good luck, scott
