Rotted Windshield help

I just bought a 1967 c10 lwb. Although this is a New England truck, the only rot is rocker panels and inside above the windshield. I bought this because everything else is solid, but how can I repair the windshield frame?

Thanks............ Dan

I'm not sure if i need the outside or the inside. The rot was falling out from behind the rubber windshield gasket. The inside panel looks good. I may have to remove the windshield first to see the extent of the damage. thanks...... Dan
