Re: 1970 chevy truck parting out

Looks like a pretty nice truck to be parting out. Interested in the front grill (outer & inner) if original 70 style with horizontal bars. Any pictures? Also how are bumpers?

Re: 1970 chevy truck parting out

How about a price for the complete A/C system front to back shipped to Washington state, 98933? Don't need the compressor brackets or any of the vents in the dash, but do need the actual ducting behind the dash.

thanks,

Keith

I could use them. Is the system still R12, or has it been converted to R134?

The rubber lines have to be changed out for conversion to R134, so I can't use those. So, I can use the evap. box, the heater core box, the metal ac lines, and all the ducting under the dash? How about the condenser and all the metal lines to and from? If it's a working system can I get the compressor also? Vacuum actuators for the venting? Controls in the dash?

thanks

Sounds very fair. I'll take all of it.

Since I am putting A/C in a non A/C blazer I could also use all the little things I am not thinking of right now. Here's a few other things off the top of my head.

Plastic vacuum canister and all the lines if they are still good
A/C battery tray (if it is good)
Receiver/dryer mount (I'll need to get a new one for the R134)
grommets from the firewall and radiator support

basically, anything my non A/C blazer does not have.

I'll send a PM for the details.

thanks,

Keith
