91 front clip on a 75

Hi all, new to the board but on my 3rd 2wd Blazer. Had a 78, restored it and sold it to my brother to buy a 72. Loved the 72 until my new bride at the time, was pregnant, rubber floor mats, and about 110 degrees with no AC, long story short, sold it and bought a new SUV. . That was 23 years ago and I just picked up a 75 2wd. Looking at alot of pics, it seems like theres quit a few, especially out here in Calif using a 91 front clip on the older blazers. Besides looks, any other reason? I do like the 91 front end better, the lines look clean to me. Thanks and I'm glad I found this board....

Post pics of the new vehicle . Is it the Dark goldish /Brownish one that was for sale in the north bay up in Sonoma for a while last year. I think that was a 75 2WD? looked nice form what i recall but was out of my budget range. Having said that my costs this far mean i could have bought it after all

It was the one up in Napa. Kind of a dark olive green with a black top and light blue hood. Trucks all there and hasn't been beat. Needs to be restored but I drove it home.....

I concur with that. nothing about the later front end is better in terms of looks.

Ok, I was leaning that way but wanted to see what others thought. I need to replace the fenders so I thought I'd get others opinions. Thanks

I got a 89,but I like the old school round eyes. Soon as work eases off will be putting on 1980 round eyed front clip. It is YOUR truck,so have fun
