I looks like your travel speed is a little slow and make sure you keep a 45° gun angle and a 10°-15° travel angle (push or drag). You will get more penetration with a drag angle. And try and keep 1/2" electrode stick out. Check out weldingtipsandtricks.com there is a lot of good information there.
