rebuilding the wreck

getting started on it finally.got the other frame blasted and painted most of it.the xmember is purple that shows blue in pics. going to do steering box and springs purple to.the 402 is at the machine shop.and we got the front clip off today.

this is hard after going thru this last fall

So I take it that it did get your frame too. Pics didn't look that bad where the fender was bent but I guess sometimes it can be deceiving. Are you going back with the same paint job? I like the flames, that's what I'm going to paint mine when I get the body work finished.

going to stay with the colors.it got the frame the wheelbase was alot shorter on that side and we noticed that the motor wasnt sitting straight it bent the towers enough to start cutting 1/2 way thru the bolts

And all because of some idiot driver. It'd be nice if they had to pay it all and do it themselves maybe they would think about it.

Was wondering, what is the cost to get a frame blasted or did you do it yourself?

i took it to the guy it was $80 which i think was cheap he did a good job.i was thinking $200
