1972 Rust Free California K5 4X4 CST Blazer

It is almost finished and includes everything listed below. I want to try and sell it as as whole Blazer and not part it out. It has been inside an enclosed storage in southern California for almost 2 years. I just dont have the time to finish it. It runs and drives right now and I have all receipts and pictures (photo album) of the complete frame off restoration. The body and all sheet metal have been media blasted and straightened, it is ready to paint and assemble. I have most all stainless bolts to assemble the rest of the Blazer. I have everything needed to finish except the carpet and sill plates. It has a 425 hp 1970 LT1 engine, TH350, NP205, Dana 44, 12 Bolt and all new suspension etc. Please see the below list of almost everything I have, I know I am forgetting things.

I would like to see a price somewhere near what I have in receipts alone. The receipts dont account for any of my time which is in excess of at least 300 hours. No expense has been spared in the restoration of this California Blazer. You will not believe the detail in this restoration, the pictures do no justice! I have a friend that has a transport company, he can deliver for very resonable prices. I just had a 1969 C10 short wide shipped from Lubbock, Texas to San Diego for $495.00, which is over 1000 miles.

Feel free to call or e-mail me any time.

All I can say is WOW!!
I can tell you are a perfectionist.
You have done a great job!
I wish it was in a price range I could afford
But If you want anywhere close to what you have in receipts, I can tell you have big bucks into that.
Good luck. I hope it goes to a good / deserving home.

Is it not true that if you are going to try to sell something on this board that you MUST post a price??? What are you asking for your very nice project?

In my sig I have it listed for "offer", what I would like to get is $15,000.00 for everything I have. Someone could buy it and part it out and make money on it. It is a condtion that I would hate to see it parted out at this point, I searched for a perfect California body for so long, then I put the money into it to make it perfect. I have owned this Blazer since 1999.

I would also consider selling everything minus the engine for $13,000. I have a considerable interest in the engine and a few other projects that it would work great in. Thanks for all the great comments. Please feel free to call me and I can go indepth on everything that has been done to date.

WOW! So close (to being finished) yet so far (away from me).
Outstanding project. Please tell the new owner of the board if they are not a member. I want to see the finished pics.

That is one BEAUTIFUL K5!!! Good Luck to you and hope to see it finished some day! Don't part it out! It is a pain, and would be a shame.
