Wiring of a compressor?
So how do ya'll wire up your compressors. Mine just has the power wire ran into the cab on a toggle switch and It blew a fuse last night and Im pretty sure its because the wire gets too hot because its so long. Ive heard of using the big starter relay from an old ford. Ive got one similar but cant get it to work.

Not sure about the Ford style relay...guys mostly use these
[IMG]http://www.*****************/products/relay-w-socket.jpg[/IMG] and wire them up like this  Suicidedoors has them for $6
