Looking to purchase some headers for my 72 small block 350. Does anyone have suggestions on what to buy. I'd like ones that are clean and dont have clearance problems below. My truck has a 4.5/6 drop. Thanks in advance!

hookers comps are awesome fitting and tucked up pretty good.

I wouldnt suggest hooker super comps, with that drop they will be running low, mine hang below the frame rail. Im only doine a 2/4 drop, so i think Ill be ok.

These Hookers have been on this truck since 1991, rusty now but still very funtional. Recent 4/5 drop...no clearence problems anywhere. 350/400 turbo...lwb 1/2 ton...

I'm running an automatic, with power steering. I heard some haeders have clearance problems with the power steering pump/box?

I just ordered some from Early Classic Enterprises that have had good recommendations. I think they are Sandersen brand but honestly forgot to ask. They are a little pricey but not too bad especially being ceramic coated.

what ever brand you go with, order them for a CHEVELLE. they fit these frames good and tuck up more for lowered trucks.

Ditto this recomendation. I purchased my Sandersons from ECE and couldn't be happier. Much cooler to the touch than my former Hedmans and no spark plug wire issues like before. I then had the exhaust shop tuck the exhaust next the frame and through the center crossmember for a clean look with no clearance issues.
