If you think the 71/72 grilles were an original Chevrolet design idea,you ain't seen the mid-50s REO AC600. Now you tel me GM didn't just steal that grille right of that truck.

Will those grills work on my 71? Is that Jimmy Hoffa? Just kidding. Very interesting, never seen it that way before, until you mentioned it, very interesting.

Might have fed the fertile design minds at American Motors/Jeep....when the Jeepster was reintroduced in the late Sixties/early Seventies.
