67/68 Dog Dish Caps on a 4WD - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I was reviewing an old thread from 2006 that contained pictures of stock 4WD's and i was informed that the 67/68 dog dish hubcaps were not available for 4WD vehicles.

I significantly prefer this style over the 69-72 style, and so I was curious if there was a way we could get these to fit on the 4WD's. Would having Auto locking hubs work, or cutting out the middle?
