I'm with leddzepp. I too am local so I just drive there and get my stuff. Had very few issues and they fix it quickly. Being in SoCal is nice because we have a great choice as to where we can get our parts. Same with Brothers, the Truck Shop and Classic Industries, I order on the phone and go pick it up. I do feel for you mail order guys though, I have had my issues with other companies.
