The guys at Brothers saw a post that I made that mentioned that I had a little trouble with one of their products. I wasn't complaining and I really did not expect anything, but the guy e mailed me and asked me if I would be interested in getting a new part to replace the part that I had. I thought that was great because it had been at least two years since I ordered the item. The bottom line here is that these guys went out of there way to make their product right.
