Welcome! I'd say a C-notch should get you some movement back, or you could bring the back up a little if you prefer.

Re: NEW to the board, need some advice

Do you know how they dropped it? It looks like a 6' drop but with the axle still under the springs they either put on dropped springs, removed some leafs (not a great idea), or (hopefully not) heated them so they would collapse. Is it bouncy or just bottoming out all the time? It definitely looks like a notch is needed. You could also get shock relocators to try and get the shocks back to a good operating angle. Drop shocks will help also. I have Belltech Street Performance shocks on mine and happy with them.

Post some pics of the spring hangers, shackles and the springs. We should be able to figure it out from that

wow. well no matter how it was lowered unless you raise it back up you will have to c-notch the frame to get any kind a ride now. it was definitely dropped way too far to not have the c-notch

Re: NEW to the board, need some advice

Do you know if the axle is actually contacting the bump stops or frame or are maybe the shocks themselves bottoming out? That will narrow down what you need to correct the problem.

That low. I can guarantee your hitting the bump stop. I wouldn't doubt the shocks are at their limit too if they are stock. The first thing I would do is notch it, then see how it rides and go from there.
