Well I have found a cure for my bordum. Now I am just putting together information . This is going to be a really good post for the faq section when I am done or I am going to ruin a few beds lol. Either or is should be fun.
Question # 1. has any one ever cut down a lwb step bed to swb. # 2. correct me if I am wrong but when you c notch a frame dont you bolt your support on to the frame? # 3. how to convert a steel bed to wood # 4. best panel bonding agent out there. O this is going to be fun |

Re: dose anyone know
I don't mean to be negative but why would you do that? LWB steps are rare enough. There are plenty of SWB stepsides out there and you wouldn't have to do any cutting.

Re: dose anyone know
That's funny because to me it seems like there are just swb steps, and there are no fleetsides

Re: dose anyone know
Yea swb fleetsides around here that dont cost a million dollars or arent rusted out are harder to find then a winning lottery ticket.
but at any rate a lwb fleetside is going to work for the project. I was just going to get a lwb step as well. |
