Re: Trucks with flames or ????
Have not seen one I liked yet on our year of trucks. Just my opinion, but opinions can change, I guess.

Re: Trucks with flames or ????
man you truck looks great now...wouldn't do any flames on that white. maybe a matte black graphic..some cut up pin stripping down the side would look good imo. =)
badass truck by the way. was looking for some examples...just found this???? http://www.sporttruck.com/featuredve.../photo_09.html |

Re: Trucks with flames or ????
i'm a flame fan especially the red-orange etc. old skool ones. But i love the truck as is (white is sweet on these) just maybe some old skool pinstriping would be cool.

Re: Trucks with flames or ????
If it were me and I wanted a fresh look, I would change wheels. I dig flames, but have only seen a few that I liked on 67-72's.

Re: Trucks with flames or ????
Don't get me wrong I love my truck just the way it is. I was just curious to see what other guys have done. I agree with most of you guys I have only seen one truck with some awesome flames but it was black. I have been looking at wheels also. I really like the weld drag lites. They are a look that will never get old. I don't care for the big wheels. Although I do see alot of trucks that look good with them but it's just not me. Thanks for the input so far. Thanks for the complimants.

Re: Trucks with flames or ????
Here's a Carter Hickman concept drawing that was done on a Blazer, with a '67 front cap. It is the flame design that I think looks best on these trucks.

I love flames similar to the flames on the rendering above. I don't care for tribal flames though. I say do it =)

Bowtie72: think GHOST. You have a fantastic looking truck there. I'm digging the white, clean look. Some Ghost flames would be real nice on there.

scallops maybe? Personaly I don't like flames, but you could have it done with graphics first to see if you like it.

I'm not much for flames but if you do you can always use vinal and then take it back off if you don't like it.

Re: Trucks with flames or ????
I agree if you are thinking of flames to go with a pearl white or gray ghosted flame. Would be subtle but still eye catching as you looked at the truck.
what color is your interior? maybe use that as a ghosted pinstripe of flames or to stripe the flames themselves???

I like the flames that are a colour that doesn't really stand out.
Edit: Same as what VA72C10 said haha!
