Control/trailing arm bushing replacement

Greetings all,I hope to get some feedback on replacing oem control(trailing) arm bushings.I was only able to remove the rubber portion only, the replacments that I received have the steel outers.Im guessing that the steel outers that are still in the arms have to be pressed out ?My arms are forked at the end and look like all that should be replaced are the rubber portion,if not pressing these out might bend the forked area.
Please help,it was another wasted day in the shop.

Re: Control/trailing arm bushing replacement

im not too familiar with these exact bushings but have done some that sound similar by pitting the arm in a vice and pushing the metal portion out with my air hammer and a chisel bit
