Just like it says.... I'm looking for factory style car seats that had manual style adjustable lumbar support. What's in your driveway? Does it have manually adjusted lumbar controls?

Let me know what's out there.

My 1980 volvo 264 does. Pretty sure my 84 had them too.

My dad's 99 S10 and my 88 Trooper have it, but either of those might be too narrow to fit well in a bigger truck.

you can try a 4 door chevy nova of about 85-91 as some of these had manual lumbar. you can see the lever in the pic just a little ways up from the console on the drivers seat

Let's see, my '84 1/2 Mustang and '02 Trooper both had manual lumbar seats. My 2001 Silverado has them as well. I "think" my wife's Fiero back in the day had it too.

OK. S10's, Troopers, the fake Nova, early fox Mustangs, & late model chevy trucks all had this option.

I've got GT seats out of a 93 Mustang waiting to go into my truck, they have adjustable lumbar too.

I didn't think the 93's had adj lumbar. Well, my old 93 x-hwy pursuit car didn't have it anyway. I guess it was only on the GT style seats. The cop cars had standard seats w/xtra supports/bracing.

I think a lot of later model Mustang's without the power seat had manual lumbar. I have a '97 Expedition that has power seats but the lumbar is manual.

04 VW Jetta has them along with manual hight adjustment and are heated. Don't know about older models.

My wifes 05 Element has them. And the seats are coated in a nylon rubbery type material that is water resistant.

The original seat in my 70 had one on the drivers side. My wife had my seat redone and had the guy but one in. It had a ball that you would pump. Look around and im shure you can find them new to add to any seat. The original buckets that I have in my 70 now both have heaters in them. You can add anything to any set if you want.

I'm pretty sure the Toyota Celica's mid 80's and up have them, if you don't mind the rice paddy effect (lol).

Yeah, the GT seats have lumbar, but it is an electric toggle switch. I just finally noticed he wanted manual lumbar adjustment

Because electronics have a habit of crapping out.

I put 2 electric seat motors in my GF's old 98 Mustang. Both times it was the same motor (the one that moves the seat foward/back). When the second one crapped out (averaging 1 a year) I swapped to manual control & didn't have any more problems moving the seat the rest of the time we had the car. The manual set-up was $26 for both seat tracks & the actuating lever, plus a one time installation. Each electric motor was $100+ & required removal of the seat which typically didn't get 'stuck' in an ideal position for accessing the seat bolts.

I figure manually adjustable lumbar support works just as well as electronic & there's no worries about motor failure.
