1999 Chevy Suburban Valve Cover Removal C1500 RWD

Ok. I give up. Whats the trick to replacing the valve cover on the drivers side? It won't come off. Do I have to remove stuff? It looks like NOTHING is blocking it but obviously something is. I don't understand….and there is very little info on google.

I gotta take it off because it's leaking around the oil fill tube. AND yep when I went to remove the oils fill tube to replace it actually broke…metal ripped. It must have been weak.

HELP
