headlight troubles
k so last night i had 2 move the truck out of the garage last night and wen i turned on the headlights, only the passenger light came on. wen i turn on the high beams they both work properly. im guessing its just a loos connection but i didn't really look yet. if it is a loose connection would it be at the switch or the light socket. thanks

Well, it certainly could be a loose connection but aren't those dual element sealed beam lights? What if the low beam element is just burned out? Check for power at the low beam terminal.

i always like to replace really old headlights in pairs to get better more evaen lighting//take the time to clean the contacts real good and put dielectric grease on them

Wiggled the connections on/off at the lights and all is good now...just a bad connection there. So suspect you have the same deal going on |

Sometimes the element is wigglin around inside and when you bump it, it will start working...bump it again and it might stop working again.
