rotate my wheels to find out where the pull is coming from, throw some blocks in the rear to level her out, readjust my steering column shifter, change the oil and plugs, do all the finishing touches to get her ready for the pismo beach sand dunes!

That's a lot more fun than my tasks for the day!

I just installed a steering wheel for the 71 GMC, and EVERYTHING works! The horn, the turn signals, and they even cancel when they are supposed to! I should quit now while I am ahead...

But let us know how the pics turn out, ChevyDude!!

So far I've still been chasing little things on my truck that needed attention. Ive gotten the light bulb replaced for the high beam indicator, so that works, I replaced the turn signal cancel springs so now I won't look like an idiot riding down the road with my left turn signal on, and I got my Sun tach hooked up, just need to wire up the light for it (see my post about that).

Unhappy

Doing nothing but R&R on weekends until the f**king weather warms up. I got lots of plans for the truck but can't do anything in the snow and cold temps.

Thumbs up

Planning. Lots of planning.

We are moving from Alaska to Michigan in about 6 weeks, so we are busy getting ready for that.

PLUS - I'm planning what I want to do with my '68 C10 once I get it in Michigan!

Heading to Sault Ste. Marie - in the eastern U.P. Can't wait to get back to my home State!

Planning for the truck...I'm a big planner, I like to plan. I plan on planning everything. Reality is completely different from my plans, however...!

Anyhow...I'm just trying to come up with a "final" look, stance, color, engine, etc, that I want the truck look like. With gas prices as they are, I think the BB option is out...time for a stroker small block!
