1987 Heater core w/AC

Looks like I need a heater core. Did some searching and on the hoses I have hot going in and cooler coming out. I can see the return line into the rad and it very low flow( I mean very little) If I rev it up it does increase but i really have to rev it up. The PO really did no maintenance on this thing. The antifreeze is green but lots of brown crud in there too. I took the hoses off and back flushed it with a garden hose and after about 10 min it started to finally run clear. Did not help at all.

So next is the core. Anybody done one of these? any pics or links?
