Will a big block/ Turbo 400 fit in a small hump cab?

I'm about to attempt to install a 1972 402 with the turbo 400 tranny from an original BB truck into a 71 shortbed that originally had a small block and a turbo 350.

So my question is since the big block truck had a high hump cover, if I use the 402 two piece motor mounts and all the brackets and such from the big block truck, will I have clearance or transmission shift linkage issues against the low hump in the recipient truck? Looks like there's going to be enough room, but I thought I should ask, as I'm sure I'm not the first to try this...

thanks in advance!
