CS10704 doesn't match up??
So I have a '68 shortbed stepside and I'm doing a frame off resto.
In grease pencil on the frame it says CS10704. I looked it up on this page and those #'s only match up with the '67, '70 and '71. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/a.../t-104816.html Any thoughts?? Thanks |

Did you look at the disclaimer on the top of the page? I'm thinking your frame info is correct, and his info is not.

That's becouse his info is incomplete.
CS10704 C conventional (2 wyheel drive) S Inline 6 engine 10 115 inch wheel base 04 stepside bed. His info has this except his only listing in 68 is E series, which is V8 engine. A better one to look at, but still not 100% correct, is the one right here on chevy trucks.com http://67-72chevytrucks.com/Chevyear.html |
