Core support bushings should work for a 69? Any difference anyone knows of? I will take them if they work for my application. Eric

According to LMC Truck and Classic Parts, they both indicate the same kit for 67-72 Chevy and GMC Trucks. Let me know what you decide to do. Thanks!

Hey paul mora, right now I only have what I've posted available to offer. I haven't went through all my parts bins yet, so its possible there's one I won't be using in there somewhere, but it may be a bit yet before I find out. I will definitely contact you if I find one within a reasonable amount of time. Right now, I'm just trying to stay organized on what I offer based on what I've taken photos of and dug out of my parts bins.

Re: Misc Parts For Sale From My 67 Chevy Truck

Do you know if the upper shock mounts will work for 1/2 ton leafspring (that is what I need)......how does it attach to the chassis? Are those rivets that have to be drilled out to bolt through? Thanks

Hey, IndyRich. I'll do my best to try to help you, but not too familiar with what all changes in the rear when you go to leaf springs. May be someone else on here will read this and be able to confirm for us, but I will post a couple pics that may help you determine better if it is way different for the shock mounts or the same. On a coil spring truck, there is a brace that runs from frame rail to frame rail. In the attached pictures, it has the rubber hose laying over the top of it. Underneath that brace, these stock mounts are riveted on from the factory, set at a little bit of an angle. When you switch to an Early Classic drop kit, it comes with new upper shock mounts that are shorter, to allow for the reduced travel between the rails and the axle. You have to drill out the rivets in the stock brace. In the first picture, you can see the new bolts and nuts on the front of that brace. The second picture shows the bolts on the back of the brace along with the driver's side replacement upper shock mount bracket.

If you have that same brace running from rail to rail slightly in front of the rear axle, then I would assume leafspring trucks probably have the same setup for shock mounts. In order to mount these on your truck (assuming you have the same mounting location), you would need to finish drilling or grinding off the swollen part of the rivet still inside the shock mount. Then you would need to find 4 bolts the size of the holes in the brace and mounts. I could get the measurements of mine this week if that would help. The truck isn't here right now as it is in paint, but I plan to go by there this week.

Let me know! Thanks!

PM sent. I believe the tank I am using holds 16 gallons and it is from a 49-52 Chevrolet car.

Hey there. Just had it built by an engine shop up in Missouri so no miles on it yet. Still waiting on the truck to be painted. It has a pretty aggressive cam too so should sound pretty good (sorry don't know all the details).

Using this as a bump as well. Parts still available as listed. Remember that price includes shipping.

Hey there follow Arkansan. The price you see is shipped to your door ($10). I've got to give the other guy one last chance that said he wanted them and if he does not respond, they will be yours. I'll send you my paypal info via PM in the morn if he does not respond.
