1990 crew cab

I'm having a few problems with my truck I'm hoping you guys might be able to help
1) power steering hose it keeps closing shut at the 90s and I don't know what to do with it
2) it just started skiping on the way home like it is starving for fuel I just put a new fuel filter on it last night and that didn't help it's getting worse
3) when I'm driving it some times sounds like the fan is hitting the fan shuard but I don't think that's what's happening I hope you guys can help thanks
