Hi guys can someone help with this Rochester carburetor what am i missing on the left side a spring? to get this truck started i have to poor gas in the back barrell a picture would be great i just picked this truck up over the weekend any help would be appreciated Thanks Saddletramp

So are you saying the choke won't open? Why can't you pour gas in the front?

Just under the fuel line where it threads into the carb, the rubber choke pulloff hose looks split, or is it just a bad pix.

The secondary lockout rod coming from the choke pull-off assembly is missing, not a spring. When you operate the throttle, do those flaps on top open? Those are the secondary air valve plates and should only open when the engine is warmed up and you are heavy on the throttle, never before then. It looks to be in poor shape. I'd recommend getting a reputably rebuilt carburetor.

Hi The only flap that opens up is the front one where is the best place to get it rebuilt?

The front is the only one that is supposed to open. The rear flap (air door) opens when you romp on it.
