Square body radiator in a 68?

Anyone ever try this, or think it will or won't work?

Re: Square body radiator in a 68?

The 73 trucks and up in general will work. I would check the measurements before buying one. Also, the lower outlet needs to be changed to the curved one like is on the 67-72's, otherwise the lower hose is jammed into the frame.

The 73-87 radiator i had was too tall, but the 88-95 fits great.

I worked in an auto parts store for 13 years. If you know someone at a store, call them, ask for dimensions. Might even go to store and ask if you can look at a catalog. Most catalogs have dimensions for the core, excluding the tanks. This will tell what you need to know.

I'll see if I can get some measurements from it tomorrow. I wonder what the least expensive aluminum option is?
