Truck broken into, need help replacing ignition

Instead of grabbing the keys laying on the bench seat the jack legs jammed a screw driver in the key hole and completely butchered my ignition. I can no longer insert the key in order to remove the lock using the "paper clip" hole. How do I go about getting everything out in order to replace it? It's a 72 K10 with factory setup.

Luckily I had the battery in the garage on the charger at the time.

Any advice on going about this would be greatly appreciated. Pics are a godsend.
