New to the board 70 gmc stepside
I bought my 70 GMC stepside from my uncle in 2003 after it set in his backyard for 13 years,i didnt take any before pictures when i started tearing it apart,my frame is done,4 wheel disc brake conversion,5 lug conversion also done,removed the fuel tank from the cab and just need to install it into the rear of the frame,now im starting to sandblast all the sheet metal in a booth i built in my garage,i need to replace the floor pan and both left and right rockers,i already have my paint supplies,gonna try and paint it myself for the first time

You might want to get some epoxy primer on that stuff pretty fast, just a thought. You got it looking good

Oh, and welcome aboard there are lots of great people on here that know a lot and they are willing to help out when you get stuck with a problem.I am one of them . I hang out here and the paint and body, I have a body shop and have had since 1987 so if you need some advice drop me a line and I'll see what I can do for you. Jim

I appreciate it,probably gonna need it,im hoping to get it primered this week,gonna be a few late nights but it will be worth it
