Restored my back bumper for next to nothing

Here's a before shot of my bumper. It was rusty, and the trailer hitch balls were odd sizes I don't need, and were rusted as well.

Here's the paint I used. The primer is very good, and is intended to treat heavy rust.

Here's the completed bumper, with new hitch ball. I'm very pleased. Total cost, including the new ball: less than $30. And, I hardly used any of the paint, so I have lots left for other projects.

Next up for the back, new tail light lenses and new tail light and tailgate trim
