Question throttlebody powered by turn signal switch...AARRGG

I know this is a very stupid situation, but my throttlebody "twitches" when I hook up the batt. & also when I use the turn signal switch!.. I do not even have a clue where to begin to figure out? I am hoping someone can help me trouble shoot (once they stop laughing). the engine is being installed and I have not fired up. I thought I had all powers wires correct, but I guess not....AARRGG!!

engine is a 4.8 stock with complete stock wire harness & stock fuse box
truck is a 1986 c10 2wd with stock complete harness.

please help!

thanks
