Question '53 chevy truck - horn wire replacement - 3 pics?

Ok... my dad took his steering wheel off his '53 3100 to get to the wire for the horn.

In column picture 2 you can see the wire the replacement wiring harness(chevy duty) says the new wires go to for this.

Is there another part of the wire that goes somewhere? Does it need to be rewired? If so, how does that work?
