What Wheel Is this one off of ?

I got this steering wheel with the truck (72)and am curious what it came off of and what year .
I have an idea because it looks like the one I had on another trick I owned but ..
Let the guessing begin ,, LOL

Our 93 Suburban had one just like it. I think the 88-95 full size chevys had them.

latter 1/2 of the first generation s-10/s-10 blazers had them, as did everything listed above, and I think the G20/G30 vans did too.
