Difference between pre 63 and post 63 window rivets and rollers
Morning,
As with all things I have carefully squirrelled away a set of window regulator rivets and rollers in a safe place for later use. It is now later and the place was so safe I cant find them.... Being in the UK means a week or two's wait for things to be shipped but a local supplier has the pre 63 rivets and rollers in stock. Is there a major difference between the pre and post 63? In other words will they fit and, more importantly, work. Would appreciate your experience on this one. P.

The Dutch Prins Truckshop lists them from 47-63,
only in 64 the roles change.

Re: Difference between pre 63 and post 63 window rivets and rollers
Thanks Harald,
Know there is a difference between 63 and 64 onwards - just wanted to know what the difference was and if I could use the 63 as they are in stock at my local parts suppliers. P.

Look them up on eBay and the '63 and earlier ones appear to ride on the track, '64 and later ride inside the track, which is a huge difference.
