Post I'M OUTTA HERE !!.. Fla bound

Tommorrow morning we're heading for Florida for a week of r&r stay with my parents in Ellenton..gonna do the MGM & Magic Kingdom thing for the kids and the highlite of the vacation for me will be a visit to Daytona Intl Speedway one day and beaches..(shhh..btw I taught Shane(2yr old) to say HOTTIE!!)Anyone close by Ellenton in case I get sick of the parents and need a beer?
Everyone take care and I'll cyas when we get back..hopefully tanner..LOL

Sounds like a better trip than my last one. I just got back from spring break. Went to my folks in NW Arkansas. Had the priveledge of helping work cows and getting up at 3:30 AM to milk. Had a blast though, but not much of a tan.

Wrath, when you are in Orlando, you have to go and eat at the Race Rock Cafe, it is on International Drive. It is a very cool place. And when you walk in, there are two NASCARs hanging from the ceiling, look at the rear trailing arms they use....they will look familiar........have fun!

Seanu..are you talking about the Nascar Cafe ..there's one across the street from Universal Studios and also one in Tennessee (Smokey Mountains)If thats what yer thinking ..yep..already in the plans.We may stop at both..

The race Rock in Vegas is closed. Has been for about a year. Everything inside was sold.

no, race rock is different from nascar cafe which is right on the path to getting into universal.. they have a bigfoot out in front which can be seen from I4 and the wheels on it are as big as hot tubs, that bastard is HUGE, very coool

if i'm not mistaken, mothertruckers are in
bradenton, fl. just down the road from ellenton...
i drove my 72 from L.A. there a couple years back...
did the stretch from san antonio, texas to
tampa, fl. in 24 hours...
