1960/61 swb panel at Newark Pick n' Pull

Hey all, thought that I'd post that there is a complete panel @ the Newark, CA pick n' pull. It is currently in their holding yard awaiting its fate - no access to the general public. HOWEVER, in years past I have had luck with purchasing vehicles from wrecking yards in this very state of limbo - just had to ask for the " right " person ( usually the yard boss ) and express a sincere interest with the cash to back up said interest to seal the deal.

The truck is one that I have seen in the hayward area locally - used to be parked on clawiter road - and I had stopped at one time to check it out. Decent overall shape - lowered torsion bars, torched rear coils, older aftermarket chrome wheels, solid body, original hood, good glass, dual headlights with a nice grill (I think chrome?)etc. If your familiar with this yard, go to the american truck section 1/2 of the way in then go to the chain link fence at the very east side of the yard and look - you can see it beyond a couple of cars.

To the mods - I do not work for this or any wrecking yard - just trying to help save a truck and possibly help some one find their own "dream" project.
