How do I remove cab trim?

The trim piece that is right below the rear window, I can't see a way to remove it without damaging it. Any ideas?

It can be tricky. Its held on by small plastic clips. I start in the center and start to pry it up with a tiny screw driver and slide it till I hit a clip. THen slowly twist it to pop it off. We sell a tool but a screw driver works. Keep sliding it down doing the same. Its stainless so it is a little tough

picture is a similiar clip not actual
